The 316 UV Adhesive is great for bonding crystal / Glass furniture.It is easy to use and store. Cured fast under UV light or sunlight.UV Curing Adhesive is also known as shadowless adhesive glue,Photosensitive adhesive, UV-curing adhesive glue is a kind of adhesive which must be exposured to ultraviolet light to 

cure. It can be used as a bonding agent, and also can be used as paints, coatings, inks and other plastic material. 

Instructions For Use of UV Adhesive:

1. Remove the dirt or grease on the subtracted, keep it dry before bonding.

2. Spray UV adhesives on surface, and then put the two substrate surfaces together. Following, choose the UV light with proper wavelength (usually 365-400 nanometer) or high pressure mercury lamp. Radiate the adhesives from middle to the sides, and assure the light can pass through substrate to the bonding part.

3. Radiation time is suggested to be around 6 seconds. After the initial fixed position, remove the rest UV adhesive and reradiate it until full curing. 

4. The curing time varies in bonding substrates, adhesive thickness and UV strength. we suggest that the users do a test about light strength so as to reduce the scrap rate before purchasing UV strength testers.

5. Temperature is also a point to affect adhesives activity. The curing time should be prolonged at low temperature.

6. Don’t squeeze or grind the substrate repeatedly in the process, and use the fixed tools;

7. Recommend the products with low viscosity are selected when the large area of substrate should be bonded. It is better to purchase vacuum equipment, because the rate of finished products can be improve if they bond in the vacuum environment.

8. When the UV adhesives bond plastics, consider the UV absorbent content in the plastic. The higher content has serious influence on UV transmittance, which affects the curing performance, even resulting in the adhesive that cannot cure.
